User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

By using Artdash, creators retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their original works. Creators grant Artdash a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote their artwork on the platform. Users who commission artwork from creators gain ownership of the commissioned work upon completion and payment, subject to any specific arrangements made between the parties.

Stance Against NFTs, Stolen Art, and AI-Generated Art

Artdash is committed to promoting ethical practices in the art community. We are against the use of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) in connection with artworks on our platform. Additionally, we firmly prohibit the use of stolen or unauthorized art. Furthermore, AI-generated art is not allowed on Artdash. If any user is found to be engaging in the creation, sale, or promotion of AI-generated art on the platform, they will be subject to suspension or ban, and their artworks will be removed from the platform.
